Jennifer Kilkenny from Total Social Solutions joins Christina Aldan for a discussion on collaboration among entrepreneurs.

Jennifer was a social media startup office manager before acquiring the business and making it her own. Business ownership was always a goal of hers.

She likes to help clients tweak the processes they have that are inefficient and unproductive by listening to what they need and catering to that without making them adhere to a process she is married to ahead of time.

Follow Jennifer on twitter to see her tips for tech, women-centric, entrepreneurs @jckilkenny
