Experienced in various aspects of political campaigns including management, field operations, communications, fundraising, media outreach, constituency outreach, targeting, data collecting/management, volunteer recruitment and candidate development, Leisa is a demonstrated achiever with ability to develop ideas, projects strategies, teams, organizations and campaigns. 

Leisa recently served as Constituency/Media Strategist for Bernie Sanders working in several different states. One campaign that stands out for Leisa is that of current Clark County Clerk Lynn Goya who was elected in 2014 and whose campaign Leisa managed. Because of Leisa's experience and skill, Lynn won her election in a hostile 2014 mid-term environment as Democrats across the state and country lost elections. 

Leisa has strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teamwork to develop and achieve common goals. Leisa is skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working independently, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
